ambil dari facebook. aku tak pernah tahu pasal ni. yang aku pernah dengar tak elok minum susu dan makan cheese sekali harung. tapi taktau consequence dia. haish ni dahlah suka makan lauk lain-lain dalam one meal. padanlah digestive system aku tak berapa betul. haha. ok, sekarang dah tau. so satu protein dalam satu meal. noted.
