I've googled a few websites and read about some articles regarding sleep disorders and yes, i have insomnia! now i realized that to have a good sleep i have to avoid my bed because bed is the place to sleep, not to surf internet and play games.
july 14 - i slept at 3.00 am
july 15 - i slept at 6.10am
july 16 - i started to sleep at 6.15 am
july 17 - i slept at 6.30am
july 18 - i slept at 10.00 am (after taking sleeping pills)
there are tips to help you get a high quality sleep but never worked on me.
- see a doctor (i cant do this since it will cost me a lot of money)
- get a massage (who's gonna massage me every night?)
- drink warm milk (dont like milk..eeerkk)
- drink herb tea (owh noo way...!)
- counting sheep (omo omo omo!!)

lagik satu, cuba farah berzikir nonstop. rasanya lama2, tertido kot. akak akan berzikir bila akak terasa tersangat la takut. sedar2 jer dah pagi. hehehehe... ~

farah, aku bukan imsomnia..but i just like to stay awake at nite..ko tau, bile malam sejuk...sunyi..sepi..best..biler siang panas, bising dan hiruk pikuk..thats y i like the feels at nite..feels like dun wanna sleeepppp

last2 kena consult doktor...amik ubat..tak boleh tahan woo...
btw, aku doakan ko cepat sembuh...kesian...sebab kalo tak cukup tido..muka cepat kedut...hehhe hehhe

Since we are living in the same Student apartments, i think i have found a better plan.
Let's go jogging/walking/tramping to the Auckland's exciting places....
(Theory): Kalu Aleeya penat pas gi jalan ke Kota Bahru, dia musti tido dlm keta until pagi esok...hahaha. You both share almost the same characteristics...possibility to prove this theory is high!
